Programme Description
Our Renal Nursing Program
The Renal Nursing Program is designed to train Registered Nurses to be specialized professional health practitioners to care for patients with renal problem.
The program prepares nurses to;
- Manage patient’s requiring a diverse range of renal replacement therapies including haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
- Manage patient’s with renal transplantation
- Raises awareness of legal, ethical, ethnic and cultural issues encountered in renal nursing therapies
Entry Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board or equivalent and possess a valid practicing certificate.
- Minimum one year working experience with minimum 3 months in related fields.
Program Duration:
- 6 months (Full time programme)
