The Foundation in Sound & Music provides an indepth preparations for a diverse range of careers in the recording industry.
Content covers professional studio production in computer music production using industry standard software and compositional work, as well as music production for visual media. Media-based modules will explore web based applications and formats and studio and music management through both academic study and practical application.
You will study music production in recording studios; elements of composition and arrangement; the music business; web-based application; creative music sequencing; studio/music recording theory through both academic study and practical application.
At the University’s Sound & Music Design Academy, you have access to well-equipped facilities, with professional sound recording studios, analogue and digital equipment, industry standard software and IT facilities, as well as editing and post production facilities.
Pass SPM with 5 credits including Mathematic and English; OR
Any other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government
