Course Introduction

Architecture combines both art and science.  It is a profession that develops, designs, plans and manages building and its surrounding context. Architecture is a rich discipline covering a diverse scope ranging from the design of various types of buildings within urban, rural, community, ecological and regional areas. Architects serve not only as designers but they help create buildings that respond to human habitation in diverse cultural and ecological contexts.

The School offers a professionally validated Diploma of Architecture for candidates who are interested to pursue their studies in a career within design and construction industry.Students will be exposed to the knowledge and will be taught skills required in planning, design and researches for areas such as housing, institutional, industrial, commercial and etc. Our program is always referring to the Persatuan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) for advices and requirements on the course outline provided in promise to be kept at a par with other architectural schools accredited by Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) and Persatuan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) in line with the industry’s needs and demands.

Entry Requirement

Local Students:

• Pass SPM/SPMV with 3 credits including Mathematics OR
• Any other qualification certified by the Government of Malaysia
• Pass Art subject or pass Portfolio Test for those who did not taking Art subject at the SPM level or equivalent

International Students:

Those who doesn’t have the above English Qualification will have to fulfill below requirement:
