Overview
The course aims to create professionals that are competent in transforming and managing building designs and construction with green considerations.
Graduates will be equipped with professionalism, knowledge and skills to cater for the lucrative market demands from the perspective of architecture and engineering. The course emphasizes on green building delivery and life cycle which includes strategic planning needs analysis, design review and post-occupancy evaluation.

- Provide technical knowledge and skills in sustainable Building Services
- Explain principles of building design, implementation, operation and commissioning
