The first year of the Diploma programmes provides a comprehensive foundation in civil engineering science with courses such as Mathematics, Physics and computing. In the Second Year, emphasis is given to civil engineering course like Solid Mechanics, Structural Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, Hydraulic, Soil Mechanics, Construction Materials and Basic Surveying. In the final year, each programme focuses more on courses related to the respective option. |
| Career Opportunities |

After graduating with Diploma in Civil Engineering, candidates are qualified to work as technical assistants in public and private sector. Based on their technical and planning skills, graduates can also embark on entrepreneurial activities and start their own business. Alternatively, candidates can continue their studies and enroll in the Bachelor Degree programme offered by the faculty, local or overseas universities. |
