This 3-year program with the objective of training accountancy students at the semi-professional level is recognised by the Government and upon completion, students are eligible to pursue a higher degree.

Higher Academic Opportunities

The Diploma in Accountancy graduates may further their studies to a higher level in the following:

• Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) at local or foreign universities
• Professional courses such as MACPA, ACCA, CIMA

Admission Requirements (Minimum Qualification)

• SPM/SPMV or equivalent; and
• Five (5) credits at SPM/SPMV level which includes Bahasa Melayu, English Language and Mathematics.

Core Subjects

Economics, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Computer Applications in Accounting, Cost Accounting, Computerised Accounting, Financial Management, and E-Commerce.
