:: Overview
This course is offered on full time mode and is based on 2 semesters per academic year with several subjects being delivered and assessed in each semester. Assessment : 50% examination, 50% coursework.
Award requirements:
Student should:
- Achieve a total of 136 credits hours with minimum CPA of 2.0.
- Complete and pass LAD Camp I and II (equivalent to 2 credits hours per camp)
- Complete and pass industrial training (equivalent to 6 credit hours)
- Complete and pass the industrial training seminar (equivalent to 2 credit hours)
- Complete and pass the undergraduate final year project

Minimum 4 years (8 semesters), Maximum: 6 years (12 semesters)
:: Entry Requirements
Candidate needs to fulfill UTM’s general entry requirements and the following
programme requirements :
For Matriculation
with minimum grade C in at least two combination of subjects below:
- Mathematics
- Economy/Business Management/Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Accountancy
Pass Mathematics in SPM with credits or equivalent
For STPM
with minimum of C (NGMP 2.00) in at least two combination of subjects below:
- Mathematics S/Mathematics T
- Business Management/Accontancy/Economics/Geography/ Physics/Chemistry/Biology
Pass Mathematics in SPM with credits or equivalent
Diploma
Has obtained one of the following qualification:
- Dip Valuation UTM/equivalent
- Dip Architecture UTM/equivalent
- Dip Land Surveying UTM/equivalent
- Dip Town and Regional Planning UTM/equivalent
- Dip Building Surveying UiTM
- Dip Quantity Surveying UTM/equivalent
With CGPA not less than 2.7 or minimum of 2.5 with 2 years working experience
Pass with credits in Mathematics at SPM or scored minimum of grade C in one of the Mathematics subject at Diploma Level

Graduates of the programme can work as land administrators, land acquisition negotiators, land researchers, land managers, land consultants, land developers, land executives, land counselors, marketing executives and land investment advisers.
