This programme equips students with sound knowledge and skills in Estate Agency practices such as handling marketing, sales & rental transaction issues of land and property including financing arrangement and advise its related tax, cost and expense to be incurred; property management and rental review of land and property. Bachelor Degree in Estate Management programme focuses further on the Valuation and Property Management practices such as valuation of land and property for investment or compulsory land acquisition purposes; carrying out viability study for real estate development or investment including conduct market study and assessment of its risk exposure; facility management functions including sourcing and selection of quality tenant, appropriate tenant mix, optimise usage of the property, management of lease renewal and tenancy and enhancing the property value through quality management practices.
Entry Requirements
- STPM with minimum 2 Principal Passes in the relevant subjects
- A-Levels with minimum 2 Passes in the relevant subjects
- South Australian Matriculation (SAM) with a Tertiary Entrance Rank (TER) 70 and at least Grade B in 2 relevant subjects
- Canadian Pre-University (CPU) with an average of 70% in 6 relevant subjects
- Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least Grade B in 6 relevant subjects
- Foundation in Arts (TAR UC) Track A
- Foundation in Science (TAR UC)
- Relevant Foundation from other Institutions of Higher Learning
- Relevant Matriculation Certificate, Ministry of Education
- Relevant Diploma from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman (KTAR) or TAR UC
- Relevant Diploma from other Institutions of Higher Learning accredited by MQA
- Other qualification accredited by MQA
- And:
- At least a Credit Pass or equivalent in SPM English Language and Mathematics
