Course Description
Nanotechnology is an emerging field for the next generation of electronics, materials and devices leveraging on the exploratory potential of nanotechnology. Our nanotechnology engineering graduates have found work in different industrial companies such as Accenture, Agilent, AIG, Intel, Hitachi, HP, Johnson & Johnson, Fujicon, Panasonic, Royal Dutch Shell, Sony, and Western Digital.
Entry requirements
Local Students
- Either of the following:Pass in Foundation in Engineering,
- Pass in UEC with 5Bs inclusive of Mathematics and Physics Pass in STPM/A-Level or its equivalent with 3 Principals inclusive of Mathematics and Physics,
- Pass in a related Diploma from a recognized institution or its equivalent.
International Students:
Either of the following:
- Pass in Foundation in Engineering, or
- Pass in A Levels or its equivalent with 2 Credits inclusive of Mathematics and Physics, or
- Pass in a related Diploma from a recognised institution or its equivalent.

- Demonstration of technical competency based on knowledge acquired in electronics engineering
- Attainment of Managerial/leader position and technical achievement
- Employment statistics of graduate in the electronics industry

- Achievement feedback ( awards/ honours/significant career position attained) from graduate to Engineering Alumni Society
- Employment survey via MMU Alumni Society
