Like other engineering disciplines, Bioprocess Engineering students in UniMAP are trained in the application of engineering sciences and problem solving techniques. With the rapid growth of biologically based technologies, bioprocess engineers are uniquely qualified to solve the problems of today and tomorrow. The demand for bioprocess engineers continues to increase. They provide a bridge between the research laboratory activities and the economics, and large-scale commercial implementation of biotechnologies.
