One way to upgrade the academic and management standards of the primary schools is through upgrading of the academic qualifications of the administrartors, namely the Headmasters, Senior Assistants and Supervisors.
Some of the existing primary-school teachers obtained their degrees from local universities through distance education, while most of the administrative staff are non-graduates. The situation could lead to administrative and other issues that may impinge the administration of these schools. This program has been tailor-designed for primary school administrators to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge, skills and attitude to administer their schools.
