This degree prepares you for this by covering food and beverage management, accommodation management and business studies.
This programme will develop your understanding of front office procedures, enhanced by a working knowledge of essential behind-the-scenes operations. The strength of this programme lies in combining business management. The programme will cover a broad range of business and management topics including economics, financial administration, law, personnel management and marketing.
Students with a recognized Diploma in related field will be given advanced standing into the Degree programme.
