Established in 1998, Nilai University is one of Malaysia ‘s largest private education providers and home to students from over 50 countries worldwide.
Built on a 105-acre site in Putra Nilai, a modern township strategically located 20-minutes from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport and 40-minutes from the Kuala Lumpur city centre, Nilai University is by far the most picturesque college in the country.

Nilai University was one of the first colleges approved by the Ministry of Higher Education to conduct 3+0 degree programmes.
Over the years Nilai have built upon their pioneer 3+0 degree programmes to produce their own programmes which are validated for quality and accepted by leading universities in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Canada.
Nilai University was one of the earliest colleges recognised by the government to recruit international students. At present, international students from 40 countries worldwide make up almost 30% of the student population. In recognition of our quality services, Nilai University was awarded the Industry Excellence (Education Sector) Award by the Malaysian External Trade Development Corporation, Ministry of Trade and Industry Malaysia.

Accommodation Office
Our personnel at the Accommodation Office will help you with your accommodation needs from checking-in to daily concerns about your living quarters.
International Office
If you are an international student, the International Office is a one-stop-centre that takes care of your the needs during your stay at the university. The responsibilities of this department begin well before your arrival with the processing of visas and immigration documents. Upon arrival, you will be picked-up from the airport and brought to the campus where we will assist you in your enrolment and accommodation procedures. As an International student, you need only to refer to the International Office should you require assistance in settling in and in your day-to-day needs.
University Placement
If you are headed overseas, the University Placement staff at the University Placement Office (UPO) will be more than glad to help you find an institution that would match your needs besides offering you advise on the course, location and financial options right up to assisting in the transfer itself.
Career Services
The university organizes annual workshops on resume writing and interview techniques to aid your transition from university to the working world. Local and foreign-based companies are also invited to conduct talks and interview sessions at the university.
Personal Development and Counselling Centre
Your stay in campus is an important transition in your life. It will involve various emotions and stages of personality growth. At Nilai University, you don’t have to have any particular reason to visit the Personal Development and Counseling Office other than to read, rest and relax and if wish, chat with our full-time qualified counsellor.
Department of Student Affairs
The Department of Student Affairs oversee the Student Representatives’ Council (SRC) which is represented by the students and for the students. The SRC is an official platform to channel the opinions of students to the management to enable suitable actions to be taken. The Council is advised by the Director of Student Affairs who also oversee other matters such as disciplinary, welfare and grievance issues.
Besides providing advisory and guidance to the Clubs and Societies at the university, the Department of Student Affairs also provides you with services such as:-
A healthy body and mind! The university provides you with an invaluable opportunity to participate and lead in the various clubs and societies available on campus. Presently there are over 30 active clubs and societies from the ubiquitous Leo Club to the newer trends in town such as the Hip Hop Club, Frisbee Club and even an Aviation Club. You are free to participate in these Clubs and benefit from health enriching activities such as aerobic, yoga, dance and tai-chi classes and of course train at the well-equipped gymnasium.
For bowling, a swim or a game of golf visit the prestigious Nilai Springs Golf and Country Club (our sister company) which is a short five-minute ride on the our free shuttle service.

Every apartment unit has 5 to 8 bedrooms, a living room and dining room, a kitchenette with refrigerator, showers with hot water and toilet facilities. Air-conditioned rooms with extra furniture are also available.
