The programme is designed to equip students with the necessary combination of knowledge and skills to support an organisation’s computing infrastructure and its users.
Combining theory and practice, the programme equips students with the capabilities to understand problems logically, recognise how to approach a situation and select appropriate analytical tools to solve the problem. Students are exposed to various techniques of analysing user requirements and specifications, as well as designing and implementing software systems.
Upon completion, students will develop an understanding and ability to apply the concepts and technologies to practice, grooming them for further studies or careers in programming, software development and IT research.

- Basic understanding of business through modules such as E-Commerce, Entrepreneurship and Business Fundamentals.
Dynamic Internship Programme
- 12-week internship with a computing company exposes students to the real working environment and provides in-depth knowledge in the field of computing.
Entry Requirements:
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)/O Level: Min. 3 credits including English and Mathematics and a pass in Bahasa Melayu
- Unified Examination Certificate (UEC): Min. 3Bs including English and Mathematics
- Other Qualifications: Students with other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis
English Requirements
- IELTS: Band 6.0
- TOEFL: 79 (Internet Based Test)
- MUET: Band 4
- UEC English: B4
Students who have completed a full year preparatory / foundation study in English may be exempted from meeting the English requirements.
