Entry Requirements
The current minimum entry requirement specified by MQA are:
Recognised Matriculation or Foundation with CGPA 2.0 AND credit in Mathematics at SPM Level;
Or
Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent with credit in Mathematics AND Pass Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with 2 full passes or equivalent with
minimum CGPA of 2.0;
Or
A Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering or
equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.5. Candidates with CGPA below 2.5 but above 2.0 may be
admitted subject to a rigorous internal assessment process;
Or
Any other Diploma with credit in Mathematics at SPM level.
Or
Pass Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least Jayyid (Good) Level AND

2 | MPW 1123 | Bahasa Kebangsaan B (Foreign Student) | This subject is introduced to the foreign students to help them use Bahasa Melayu in their social life. Therefore this syllabus stresses on language for communication and the use of simple language method like using pronunciation and intonation, spelling system, speaking and writing as well as understanding public statements |
3 | MPW 2133 | Pengajian Malaysia | This subject aims to produce Malaysian citizens who possessed the spirit of patriotism. The subject begins with the history of Malaysian’s independent struggle which cover Malay’s traditional government, western colonialism and the formation of Malaysia. Major discussions will be focussed on the Federal Constitution and administrative system of modern Malaysia such as federalism, parliamentary democracy and constitutional monarchy. The discussions of ethnic-relation and social integration as well as Malaysia’s government policy complete the syllabus. |
