Objective
This programme aims to educate, train and develop students who intend to pursue careers in counselling-related work. It focused on skills and technique of helping people with problems.
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) as follows:-
- 5 credits in any subjects
- Pass in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language or minimum Grade C in AELE0364 English Language (1119 Level) conducted by TARC UC
- Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with:-
- minimum Grade B in any 3 subjects
- Grade C in AELE0364 English Language (1119 Level) conducted by TAR UC
- O Level with minimum Grade D in any 5 subjects and pass in English Language.
- Relevant TARC / TAR UC Certificate or other equivalent Certificate accredited by MQA
Academic Progression
On passing Diploma in Social Science (Counselling) students will get the opportunity of advance stand in the 2nd year of Bachelor’s Programme.
