Objective
This programme prepares students to become professionally skilled personnels in the advertising line. It fosters advertising and media related practical know-how in addition to improving students’ communication and designing skills. It also builds a foundation for students to grasp vital management and strategising expertise to be able to excel in this highly competitive field.
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) as follows:-
- 5 credits in any subjects
- Pass in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language or minimum Grade C in AELE0364 English Language (1119 Level) conducted by TARC UC
- Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with:-
- minimum Grade B in any 3 subjects
- Grade C in AELE0364 English Language (1119 Level) conducted by TAR UC
- O Level with minimum Grade D in any 5 subjects and pass in English Language.
- Relevant TARC / TAR UC Certificate or other equivalent Certificate accredited by MQA
Academic Progression
On passing Diploma in Mass Communication (Advertising) students will get the opportunity of advance stand in the 2nd year of Bachelor’s Programme.
