Programme Description
The Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Quantity Surveying are research programmes offered throughout the year. These programmes are offered as full-time and part-time modes to qualified Malaysian and international students to do independent research supervised by respective lecturers in various specialisations in the field of Quantity Surveying. As the construction industry develops, new areas/fields of studies emerge as newer theory, concept and practice become available. Upon graduation, students will be exposed to specific theory and industry knowledge to support their employment in various relevant sectors.

Admission Requirements
Applicants should possess the following:
PhD
- Master’s or Bachelor’s (First Class Honours or CGPA>3.67/4) degree in a related area.
- MUET Band 5. Malaysian Applicants only
Language Requirement
(Applicable for International Applicants Only)
- A minimum score of 550 in Paper- based TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language); or
- A minimum score of 213 in Computer-based TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) ; or
- A minimum score of 80 in Internet-based TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) ; or
- A minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
- Results must be attached with the application form.

PhD
- Full-time : Min 4 semesters / Max 10 semesters
- Part-time : Min 6 semesters /Max 15 semesters
