Programme Description
The Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Project Management are research programmes offered throughout the year. These programmes are offered as full-time and part-time modes to qualified Malaysian and international students to do independent research supervised by respective lecturers in various specialisations in the field of Project Management. As the construction industry develops, new areas/fields of studies always emerge as newer theory, concept and practice become available. Besides project management, the sustainability of permanent entity which covers the strategic part of construction industry has been the major focus of the programmes. These research programmes have attracted many academicians as well as industry players to enhance their knowledge in various related construction fields.

Admission Requirements
Applicants should possess one of the following:
MSc
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
Language Requirement
(Applicable for International Applicants Only)
- A minimum score of 550 in Paper- based TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language); or
- A minimum score of 213 in Computer-based TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) ; or
- A minimum score of 80 in Internet-based TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) ; or
- A minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
- Results must be attached with the application form.
Duration
MSc
- Full-time: Min 2 semesters / Max 6 semesters
- Part-time: Min 4 semesters / Max 12 semesters
