Master of Science in Human Resource Development (HRD)

Introduction
This taught Master programme is offered by the Faculty of Cognitive Sciences and Human Development and is especially targeted at working professionals. Courses are conducted after office hours and are designed to upgrade knowledge and skills among professionals in the area of human resource development and management. A unique feature of this programme is the inclusion of cognition, human behaviour and information technology knowledge with the core courses of human resource development and management.Students have to complete a research paper as a partial requirement for completion of the programme.

Duration of the Programme
24 – 48 months

Minimum Entry Requirements
The minimum entry requirements for the programme are as follows:

1. A Bachelor degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 and above;
2. Other equivalent qualifications approved by UNIMAS Senate.

*  For International Students, an IELTS Score of 6.0 or TOEFL equivalent.

Fees
The full fee for this programme is RM17,000 for Malaysian students and RM24,000 for international students.
