This course is designed to prepare you for further studies in design-related areas such as communication design (graphic design) and digital media design (multimedia design). It will allow you to develop communications, IT and mathematical skills and introduce you to specialised design study areas such as graphic design, drawing and illustration.
The course provides a direct entry into Swinburne Sarawak degree programs for students who have completed SPM/‘O’ Levels or equivalent qualification.

The units of study are subject to change in 2014.
For students who have completed SPM/‘O’ levels or equivalent qualification, this course provides direct entry into the Bachelor of Design (Multimedia Design) and Bachelor of Design (Graphic Design) at the Sarawak campus.
Students can also progress into Hawthorn pathways if they attain the requisite grades for Unilink and bachelor degree programs.
With further studies, graduates are equipped for careers in areas such as communication (graphic) design, multimedia design, film and television, interior design and industrial design.
Completion of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or recognised school leaving certificate.
