Introduction
Faculty of Pharmacy started as a Department of Pharmacy under the MAHSA College in 2005 offering a course in Diploma in Pharmacy, with the first intake in January 2006. The Department is located in the Pusat Bandar Damansara Campus.
Diploma in Pharmacy is a 3-year programme in which the students spend some 4 semesters in the University College and 2 semesters in hospital pharmacy training. Six batches of our diploma in pharmacy students have since graduated. The graduates will be able to gain employment as Pharmacy Assistants in public and private hospitals, health clinics, pharmaceutical laboratories and manufacturing facilities. The graduates may also continue their educational pursuit of a professional degree in pharmacy.
The Diploma in Pharmacy programme received its full MQA accreditation in March 2009.
The Faculty of Pharmacy came into being when MAHSA College was upgraded to MAHSA University College status in March 2009.

Entry Requirements
Diploma
- 3 credits at SPM or equivalents or O Level or GCSE, the credits shall include one Science subjects. Pass in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Cert. in Science / Health Science field, min CGPA 2.00.
- SKM (Tahap 3): Pass in the relevant field of study with at least 1 credit in SPM.
