Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism Industry, Theory of Cooking, Food Hygiene and Sanitation, Food and Beverage Service Skills, Oriental and Asian Cooking Skills, Fundamentals of Pastry and Bakery, Western Cooking Skills, Front Office Management, Hospitality and Tourism Law, House Keeping, Restaurant Design, and Industrial Training.

Graduates have wide opportunities to work at local and worldwide tourism industry due to the upcoming hotels and resorts in different rating. They are trained to cope with the demand of the tourism sector such as front office officers, executive housekeepers, tour guides in travel agency, airlines, and hotels.
