This program exposes students to the tourism industry. Students would be driven into the challenging areas in tourism, hotel, and catering during their practical training.

Admission requirements (Minimum Qualification)

  • Pass SPM / SPMV or equivalent which is recognized by Malaysian Government
  • Three (3) credits at SPM/SPMV level and a pass in Bahasa Melayu and Mathematics.

Core Subjects

Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism Industry, Theory of Cooking, Food Hygiene and Sanitation, Food and Beverage Service Skills, Oriental and Asian Cooking Skills, Fundamentals of Pastry and Bakery, Western Cooking Skills, Front Office Management, Hospitality and Tourism Law, House Keeping, Restaurant Design, and Industrial Training.
