Objective

The hospitality industry is diverse in nature and employs a large number of work force throughout the world. Varieties of managerial and entrepreneurial opportunities are made available to job seekers.
This programme is designed for students to gain a better understanding of the dynamic hospitality environment. Students will not only acquire practical skills in food & beverage operations and rooms division operations but also managerial skills during their studies so that when they are graduate, they are highly employable nationally as well as globally.

Minimum Entry Requirements

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) as follows:-
  • 5 credits in any subjects
  • Pass in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language or minimum Grade C in AELE0364 English Language (1119 Level) conducted by TARC UC
• Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with:-
  • minimum Grade B in any 3 subjects
  • Grade C in AELE0364 English Language (1119 Level) conducted by TAR UC
• O Level with minimum Grade D in any 5 subjects and pass in English Language.
• Relevant TARC / TAR UC Certificate or other equivalent Certificate accredited by MQA

Academic Progression

On passing Diploma in Hospitality Management (Hotel Management) students will get the opportunity of advance stand in the 2nd year of Bachelor’s Programme.
