The Department of Pathology is committed to the further advancement of scientific knowledge of the causes and mechanisms of diseases whilst fostering a conducive environment for students to develop, as well as for staff to excel in their services and research. The department’s activities include undergraduate teaching (medical and nursing students), research and diagnostic services. We also offer postgraduate studies by research (Masters degree and PhD level). The department strives to constantly upgrade and enrich pathology teaching and its facilities and resources.
