The Corporate Counsel Programme (CCP) is a unique qualification awarded by Brickfields Asia College (BAC) in collaboration with the Malaysian Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA).
MCCA is a body registered under the Societies Act, 1966. MCCA’s vision is to be the premier organisation for the promotion and facilitation of networking, knowledge-sharing and continuing legal education for the corporate counsel community in Malaysia and the enhancement of the community’s profile among the legal fraternity and the general public.
The CCP is a rigorous and relevant course for legal counsels who are an integral part of the legal department of any organisation. It will cover the necessary skill sets required to perform the duties and tasks assigned to an in-house corporate counsel. The CCP is ideal for law graduates or those currently pursuing a law degree and wish to embark on a career as a corporate legal counsel.
