Programme Description

Overview

Quantity surveying is primarily centred on construction and the cost and budget management of large projects.

Our BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying programme prepares you to manage the financial and procurement processes of construction projects. This may include tasks such as preparing cost plans and estimates, bills of quantities, tender appraisals, valuations of interim payments, project audits and life cycle costing.

This Quantity Surveying programme includes the study of cost planning, cost control, building development techniques, building research, computer software applications, measurement of quantities of building and infrastructure work and handling of construction legal issues.

INTI Foundation Completion of Foundation Programme (Engineering) with 50% CAVG and above
STPM Pass STPM with 2 full passes or GPA of 2.0
A Level Pass in 2 subjects
UEC 5 Bs (including Maths and English )
SAM 5 subjects with ATAR of 78
NSW (HSC) 10 units with ATAR of 78
Australian Year 12 Minimum ATAR of 78
CPU 6 passes with an average of 78
Matriculation / Pre-University Completion of Matriculation/Pre-University programme with minimum CGPA of 2.0
Diploma Completion of Diploma in relevant field with CGPA of 2.0 and above
AND SPM A credit in SPM or equivalent in Maths
