The BSc (Hons) International Hospitality Management is a 3-year programme, accredited by the Le Cordon Bleu, a world renowned institution known for its hospitality and culinary excellence. The programme aims to develop hospitality professionals who are employment ready for the local and international environment. Graduates are expected to possess technical and managerial know-how to contribute positively and ethically to the hospitality industry.
