The degree is validated by the prestigious Lancaster University Management School and graduates will receive dual certificates from Sunway University and Lancaster University.

The degree is recognised by the accounting profession with accreditation from the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and CPA Australia.

As part of the programme of study, students are exposed to work-based learning through a three-month internship at leading local and international accounting firms and corporations. Upon graduation there may be given employment opportunities with these organisations.
