Electronics and Telecommunications engineering programme offers intensive telecommunication field with advanced information technology and electronics instrumentation component.
What is Covered in this Programme?
Year 1
Foundation mathematics, Introduction to electronics and computer engineering.
Year 2
Engineering mathematics, complete basic electrical engineering including electrical control, electronics, computer and telecommunications.
Year 3
Specialization in electronics and telecommunication field. Norm and ethics in engineering, economic and management. On second semester, the student will undergo industrial training.
Year 4
Advanced electronics and telecommunications engineering courses including invited guest lecturer from the industry. Final year project and seminar presentation are included.
BEng (Hons) in Electronics (Computer)
Electronics and Computer Engineering programme assimilates diverse technological fields. It amalgamates studies in computing technology, telecommunications, electronics and control in the field of solving problem relating to generation, production, recording, processing, transmission, receiving, distributing and storing of various type of information.

Foundation mathematics and understanding of information technology concept, basic electrical, electronics and computer engineering.
Year 2
Computer knowledge foundation (software and instrumentation), electronics, Communication system and control system principals.
Year 3
Advanced studies in information technology, computer software, computer engineering, information and signal processing, image and neural networking. On second semester, the student will undergo industrial training.
Year 4
Specialization in the information technology and computer field including invited guest lecturer from the industry. Final year project and seminar.
