Programme Description

This program provides the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to understand the changing nuture of sport environment and the industry.The sport management specialiaisation offers professional preparation for management and leadership career options in sport organizations,either in health,fitness or recreation sectors.

General University Requirement

PASS SPM or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Malaysian Government by obtaining FIVE (5) CREDITS including Bahasa Melayu

Special Program Requirment

1. PASS STPM/STAM/equivalent qualification recognized with a minimum grade C (CGPA 2.00) in General Paper and TWO (2) others subjects.
AND
PASS SPM or any equivalent qualification by obtaining CREDITS in Bahasa Inggeris and Mathematic/Additional Mathematic and PASS in Physic/Chemistry/Biology/Additional Science/Science and Knowledge in Sport Science
AND
PASS the interview and fitness test conducted by the faculty.

OR

2. PASS Matriculation/UiTM ASASI/PASUM with a minimum grade C (CGPA 2.00) in any other THREE (3) subjects
AND
PASS SPM or any equivalent qualification by obtaining CREDITS in Bahasa Inggeris and Mathematic/Additional Mathematic and PASS in Physic/Chemistry/Biology/Additional Science/Science and Knowledge in Sport Science
AND
PASS the interview and fitness test conducted by the faculty.

OR

3. Diploma from the faculty of Sport Science and Recreation,UiTM with a minimum CGPA 2.50
AND
PASS the interview conducted by the Faculty.

OR

4.Diploma from the Faculty of Sport Science and Recreation,UiTM with at least TWO (2) years working experience in related field and with a minimum CGPA of 2.00
AND 
PASS the interview conducted by the Faculty.

OR

5. Diploma from the faculty of Sport Science and Recreation,UiTM with participation in sports at International level and with a minimum CGPA of 2.00
AND 
PASS the interview conducted by the Faculty.

OR

6. Diploma from any other related program by UiTM with a minimum CGPA of 2.50
AND 
PASS the interview and fitness test conducted by the Faculty.

OR

7. Diploma from any other related program by UiTM with at least TWO (2) years working experience in related field and with a minimum CGPA 2.00
AND 
PASS the interview and fitness test conducted by the Faculty.

OR

8. Diploma in related field from any other institution recognized by the Malaysian Government with a minimum CGPA 3.00
AND
PASS SPM or any other equivalent qualification by obtaining FIVE (5) CREDITS including Mathematic/Additional Mathematic and English with pass in Physic/chemistry/Biology/Additional Science/Science and knowledge in sport Science
AND 
PASS the interview and fitness test conducted by the Faculty.

OR

9. Diploma in related field from any other institution recognized by the Malaysian Gorvernment with ONE (1) year working experience in related field and with a minimum CGPA 2.75
AND
PASS SPM or any other equivalent qualification by obtaining FIVE (5) CREDITS including Mathematic/Additional Mathematic and English with pass in Physic/chemistry/Biology/Additional Science/Science and knowledge in sport Science
AND 
PASS the interview and fitness test conducted by the Faculty.

OR

10. PASS SPM or any other equivalent qualification by obtaining FIVE (5) CREDITS including Mathematic/Additional Mathematic and English with pass in Physic/chemistry/Biology/Additional Science/Science and knowledge in sport Science and PASS Sport Science level 2,Skim Persijilan kejurulatihan kebangsaan (SPKK) and with FIVE (5) years experiences as coaches/sport administrator
AND 
PASS the interview and fitness test conducted by the Faculty.

OR

11. PASS SPM or any other equivalent qualification by obtaining FIVE (5) CREDITS including Bahasa Malayu,English and Mathematic/Additional Mathematic/Physic/Chemistry/Biology/Additional Science/Science and Knowledge in Sport Science and current national athlete with not least THREE (3) years experience
AND
PASS the interview and fitness test conducted by the faculty.

MUET Level 1

Note : Priority will be given to candidate with sport and co-curriculum background

Mode and Duration

Full Time : 3 years (6 semesters)
