:: Entry Requirements

For Matriculation

Fulfil university’s general requirements and special program requirements as follows:

• Minimum of gred C passes in combination of two following subjects:
  • Mathematics S/Mathematics T
  • Business Management/Accounting/Economic and
• Passes in all subject of specialisation
• Credit pass in Mathematics at SPM or equivalent

For STPM

Fulfil university’s general requirement and special program requirements as follows:

• Minimum of grade C passes in combination of two following subjects:
  • Mathematics S/Mathematics T
  • Business Management/Accounting/Economic/Geography
• Credit pass in Mathematics at SPM or equivalent

The degree in real estate programme is aimed at those seeking a career in general practice surveying specializing on management, valuation and investment in real estate. Upon graduation, graduates of the programme can work as a valuer, property and facilities manager, project manager, land administrator, estate agent, property consultant, property investment adviser, auctioneer, and other property related careers.
