One who is responsible to maintain a strong rapport for user support; which includes profile creation, system and hardware maintenance, strong save/restore skills, as well as critical, creative and analytical thinking abilities in system problem-solving. Job will require sound capabilities in technical support to application development staff; installation and system configurations; and exposure to Reflection/Client Access client-side software.
