Industrial Economics programme aims to produce graduates who are knowledgeable and professionally competent in industrial economy. Emphasis is given to aspects such as the organisations activities, development, economics, management, and policies involving various industries. Graduates will be equipped with analytical skills and ability to enable them to identify the suitable economic environment for entrepreneurial operations. The courses are designed to expose students to industrial policies, the role of the government, market structure, domestic and international firms’ behavioral changes, labour market analysis, flow of investment, and technology.
