Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Graphic Design is 3+0 programme with collaboration with University of East London, UK. This programme is ‘Discourse and Practice’ based. It delivers teaching of skills as integrated with theory and visual assignments that have written reports and presentations, included within the studio environment.

Students will be enabled with practical skills in typography, publishing, editorial layout and design, web design and interactive design, to undertake a wide variety of creative projects that challenge ideas and methodologies for design in relation to sustainability, ethics, globalisation, digitisation and new media.

During the course, students are encouraged to develop creative, theoretical and technical skills with a focus on aesthetic and professional understanding.

Entry Requirements

Any one of the following qualifications:

• Pass STPM / GCE ‘A’ Level with 2 principals*;
• Pass relevant Foundation programme/ Matriculation from recognized institutions*;
• Pass relevant Diploma or HND programme from other PHEI with Standard Minimum certified or Accredited with CGPA ≥ 2.00*;
• Pass SMIII (UEC) with minimum 5Bs*;
• Other equivalent qualification recognized by Malaysian Government*;

AND pass in Art Education (Pendidikan Seni) in SPM or pass in Interview Test / Drawing Test / Portfolio Test which recongnized by Kolej Universiti Linton for those who did not take Art Education*;

*Subject to verification and approval of Legenda Education Group

English Language Requirements

(For International Students)
All international students from a country in which English is not used as the medium of instruction in formal education are required to meet the following English language requirements:

• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): minimum score of 550 (PBT) or 213 (CBT) or 79 – 80 (iBT)
• International English Language Testing System (IELTS): minimum overall Band 6.
• Malaysian University English Test (MUET) : minimum Band 6.

The test must be taken no more than two years before the start of your studies at Legenda.
