BACKGROUND PROGRAM
Bachelor of Arabic Language and Communication is the first program offered in the Faculty of Major Languages. The first intake for this program is a total of 27 people have now been graduation. The duration of the program is four years (8 semesters) full-time, a maximum of 12 semesters. A semester includes 14 weeks of instruction Through lectures and training industry. To qualify for the award of a degree, the candidate must take and pass a number of courses set of at – least 149 units of courses minumum .
OBJECTIVE PROGRAM
- Produce graduates who are skilled and have knowledge of Arabic, Islamic studies Communication and solid foundation to meet the challenges and demands of time.
- To expose students to the main issues in communication is very important in the field of professionalism through the mastery of Arabic.
- Ensure that graduates master a variety of skills and knowledge in accordance with the Arabic language and the current challenges.
- Provides insight to the students about the theory and concepts related to communication that can be implemented in a variety of activities Arabic.
TERMS conceded
Meet the general requirements of the University and passed SPM / equivalent with credits at least five (5) subjects including the following subjects:
- Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia;
- Advanced Arabic;
- Syariah Islamiyyah Education / Education as-Sunnah/Tasawwur Quran and Islam;
- Any two (2) other subjects and
- Passing the English, Science and Mathematics at that stage;
Everywhere have the following eligibility:
- STAM pass with at least the rank of Jayyid; or
- Passed STPM with at least Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in General Studies and at least Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in the following subjects:
- Arabic, and Sharia / Ushuluddin; or
- A diploma in a related field or other qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government and approved by the Senate.
Has met the Malaysian University Bahasa Inggeris Test (MUET) for STPM students, STAM and Diploma for semasa.Selain of academic qualifications, positive attitude, active, leadership and excellence in general knowledge is a priority.
